Merry Christmas 2004

Its only 19 days till the fat man comes. Maeve went and sat o n his lap and had her picture taken last week and she was all smiles. Next year I;m sure she'll be a little more afraid.

I can't believe its Xmas time already! This time last year I was carefully avoiding all alcohol and trying not to let on that I was "up the duff". Now our little angel is almost 5 months old and about to celebrate her first road trip cross country from Adelaide to Sydney,. and her first festive season. She already ahs her gifts. A brand new Car seat and travel cot YAY! And when we get settled she'll get a real cot too. Lucky Maeve. As for Simon and I we are trying to play it frugally since we aren't working. Simon hoeps to get his pilots licence so that wil be his gift. As for me? I'd love for Maeve to sleep through the night for me. That will make me one happy mummy!
