Playdough Mix 2 cups plain flour, 4 tablespoons cream of tartar, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 cup salt and 2 cups water in a saucepan and stir over medium heat for 3 -5 minutes until the mixture congeals. Separate into three plastic containers and add food colouring as desired to each container. Allow to cool then knead the playdough until the food colouring is evenly mixed through and the playdough is smooth.
