Mix 2 cups plain flour, 4 tablespoons cream of tartar, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 cup salt and 2 cups water in a saucepan and stir over medium heat for 3 -5 minutes until the mixture congeals. Separate into three plastic containers and add food colouring as desired to each container. Meeting Jennifer Hawkins - Thursday, November 23, 2006
Jennifer Hawkins (ex- Miss Universe), Jake Wall and Cooper Cox
One positive thing happened today for Little Mr Cooper.Jennifer Hawkins, Ex Miss Universe, Lovable model, Myer "face" and TV presenter, visited the Infants Ward at Sydney Children's Hospital, where we have been living since Wednesday Evening. With only a few hours to go till he has surgery and only an hour since he officially reached 4 weeks old, she came in for a a visit armed with toys from her recent Lovable campaign and an Entourage including her boyfriend (and fellow TV celeb/Model) Jake Wall and a Daily Telegraph photographer.
What a thrill we thought for him to have his picture taken with her so he could brag about it in adolescence.
She seemed very lovely. Much "bigger" than I thought. Tall and statuesque (though she was wearing 3 inch heels), and very healthy and glowing. She also seemed young and giggly and it made me realise she is only 23. She had a lovely cuddle with Coopers who looked lovingly into her eyes.
Oddly enough he probably looks more like her baby than mine. Their colouring is much more compatible!
The picture appeared in The Hobart Mercury the following day and my family in Tassie phoned to say they had found it. In the Sydney papers other children were featured. I guess that was his 15 minutes. Not bad since he has only been with us for 4 weeks.
